• No cancellations or returns are allowed

• No transfers of sessions to another student are permitted unless explicitly stated

This policy applies regardless of:

• Missed classes

• Schedule conflicts

• Change of mind after purchase

2. Digital Products (E-books, Notes, Study Materials)

All digital products sold on OnlineTuitionClass.com, including but not limited to:

• E-books

• PDF notes

• Digital study materials

are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to the nature of digital content:

• Once access is granted or the file is downloaded, the purchase is considered final

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased digital product (e.g. broken download link or file error), please contact us.
We will assist by:

• Re-sending the file, or

• Restoring access where applicable

Technical support does not qualify for a refund.

4. Exceptions
